What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wastewater Plant-Wastewater Plant Operator position at City of McAllen?
Under general direction, the Wastewater Plant Operator performs technical work that involves operating a wastewater treatment plant as well as performing routine technical duties to ensure compliance to the City of McAllen Industrial Pretreatment Program and meet local, state and federal requirements. Work consists of but is not limited to the monitoring and controlling of mechanical, and electrical equipment used to pump and treat wastewater.
