CITY OF MENTOR ARENA ASSISTANT Facility Attendant The City of Mentor is looking to fill up to two vacancies for Facility Attendant position at the Civic Center Ice Arena. This position will serve as the acting Manager on Duty as needed. The position is responsible for opening / closing the facility, overseeing operations including training, enforcing policies and procedures, customer service and point of sale transactions, and must ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers. Minimum qualifications will include excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience, strong organizational and leadership skills. Position requires up to 28 hours of work per week. The starting hourly rate for this position will be $16.00 per hour. A valid drivers license and graduation from high school (GED) is required.
