- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for public health staff and community partners.
- Assist in updating and maintaining public health department manuals and guidelines.
- Support administrative functions, including record-keeping and meeting coordination.
- Assist with referrals and outreach for community health programs.
- Help identify and promote resources for underserved populations.
- Support compliance efforts related to public health regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in researching best practices for public health policies and interventions.
- Assist with outreach efforts to community organizations, schools, and businesses to promote public health initiatives.
- Assist in the development of presentations, newsletters, and social media content to raise awareness about community health issues.
- Aid in research on emerging public health concerns, including environmental health issues and disease outbreaks.
- Support the development and distribution of public health surveys.
- Provide general support to the health department team as needed.

- Ability to work in person at the designated workplace location.
