Position Description
This position's primary focus and responsibility is the technical coordination and production of broadcasts, recordings, in-person and virtual City government meetings and provides AV technical support and training. This includes live remote and hybrid government broadcasts for Council, committee, board and commission and public hearings to effectively communicate information about the policies and initiatives of the City of Minneapolis and provide transparency to both external and internal audiences.
Salary
The anticipated salary range for this position is $29.10 - 40.08 / hour , depending on qualifications.
Work Location
This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work with some days working remotely and some days working in the office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
WORKING CONDITIONS :
Office environment. This position needs a flexible work schedule throughout the week, some days start early, other days stay late. Sometimes climb ladders and crawling behind equipment to resolve issues.

Associate Degree in related field

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of one or more of the following steps : a rating of relevant education and experience and / or an oral examination (100%) .
