The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of Mobility Manager in the Transit Department, with an application deadline of Monday, March 31st 2025.
Nature of Work
Under general supervision provided by the Transit Superintendent, the Mobility Manager is responsible for planning and implementing department projects and programs by collecting data, completing research, and providing project administration. The Mobility Manager performs complex analytical work by identifying, collecting, and interpreting data used to prepare plans, reports, maps, tables, and charts. The Mobility Manager manages the Paratransit Operations and the Civil Rights Programs required by the Federal Transit Administration and assists in Marketing and Community Engagement functions as it pertains to public transit. In addition, this position will provide mobility training for the general public.

Education and Experience
- Associates degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) in marketing, communications, administration, or related field. Website development/maintenance and graphic design skill set important, as well as knowledge of data analytics (predictive and/or prescriptive). Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties this position requires as described above
- Possession of a valid North Dakota commercial driver's license and proper transit endorsements.
Compensation and Benefits
- The assigned salary range of Mobility Manager under the 2025 City of Minot Annual Pay Plan is a Grade 60, with an annual salary range of $55,802-$82,839 which is $26.83-$39.83 per hour.
