Experience or training
- Previous lifeguard experience is desirable, but not required.
- Applicants must be 16 years of age or older by their first day of employment.
- Must have current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification or YMCA Lifeguard certification.
- CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED certification, and Community First Aid and Safety certification OR equivalent required within one month of hire.
