Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to perform a wide variety of unskilled and semiskilled tasks in the preventative maintenance, alteration, and repair of building facilities and custodial duties.
This included, but is not limited to: a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. An understanding of the safe operation of hand and power tools is essential.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a pre employment drug screen
- Ability to pass a background check and no misdemeanor or felony convictions
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
