Essential Job Functions
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel.
- Operate payroll systems to protect data.
- Serve as the city's primary resource on Federal, State, and City payroll laws, regulations, & policies.
- Oversee all aspects of payroll processing.
- Serve as the primary administrator of the city's payroll software system(s).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all city employees on payroll matters.
- Maintain payroll records.
