Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Operations Manager to provide support for our team and streamline our financial processes. The ideal candidate will have an office manager mentality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage people effectively. This role is crucial for bringing our financing process in-house and enhancing our communication with banks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team and implement efficient processes.
- Manage and oversee data entry operations, including invoicing and title work.
- Collaborate with banks to establish and maintain lines of credit.
- Facilitate communication between the finance department and external banking institutions.
- Handle incoming titles from manufacturers, ensuring accurate completion and coordination with the sales team.
- Work closely with CFO/Controller on financial matters and data management.
- Utilize advanced computer skills. particularly in Excel, to analyze and organize data efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, operations, or a related field.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills. particularly in finance and banking contexts.
- Proficiency in dat6a entry and invoicing processes
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications,
- Ability to work in a detail-oriented and organized manner.
