What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Counselor position at City of North Miami Beach?
The City of North Miami Beach has an outstanding aftercare and summer camp program for kids! We're interviewing now for full-time summer positions at all five of our dynamic community centers.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have some experience working with kids
- Appreciate outdoor activities
- Have the ability to maintain composure and problem-solve under stress
- Have a relentlessly positive attitude
- Love to have fun working with kids and making a difference in our community
- Pass rigorous background screening process
Additional Criteria:
- Summer Camp Counselors must be at least 17 years old. Experience as a teacher or coach, teacher’s aide, camp counselor, or aftercare/daycare worker is strongly preferred, but not mandatory.
Salary : $15
