- Answer Phone: Professionally handle incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate staff members, and provide information as needed.
- Check Voice Mails: Regularly check and respond to voicemail messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Check Emails: Regularly check and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Laserfiche: Utilize document management software (Laserfiche) for data entry and document retrieval tasks.
- TracEZ Inputs: Accurately input data into the TracEZ system, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist Residents in the Lobby: Provide assistance and support to residents visiting the office, addressing their inquiries, or directing them to the appropriate department as needed.
- Drop-off/Pick-up Mail: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and collection.
- Assign Police Reports in Eden: Allocate and assign police reports in the Eden database system accurately.
- Assign False Alarms in Eden: Efficiently manage and assign false alarm incidents in the Eden database.
- Lot Abatement Work Orders: Process lot abatement work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain Retention Boxes: Organize and maintain retention boxes, ensuring proper documentation storage and retrieval.
- All Other Duties as Requested: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors or management to support the smooth operation of the office.
