We are looking for an HR Coordinator and Executive Assistant to undertake a variety of executive & field administrative duties. If you are a professional with a strong sense of discretion, who enjoys working with people, and have exceptional customer services skills, we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of human resources and general administrative responsibilities, will be able to work autonomously, and in collaboration with other teams, ensuring the end-to-end running of projects and operations.

FLSA:
- Hourly, Non-exempt.
Employment Type:
- Regular Full-Time.

- $23/hr

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Manages employee recruitment and interview process; and manages new hire onboarding/ documentation.
- Conducts new hire orientation providing information on HR policies, programs, and benefits.
- Performs employee orientations, onboarding & offboarding related activities.
- Maintains employee personnel files.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, like employees’ events, employee engagement activities, etc.
- Respond to internal and external administrative assistant related inquiries or requests and provide help.
- Perform general administrative office duties.
- Provides daily support to the Executive Administration team including drafting correspondence and preparing presentations.
- Performs other duties related to Human Resources and Administration as assigned.
Essential Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Essential Education and Experience:
- High School diploma, or GED Equivalent, Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, Preferred
- At lest two years related experience, Required
- SHRM-CP, Preferred
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged period of sitting at a desk.
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer.
- Must be able to life 15 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
