Job Summary
Performs limited supervisory duties involving unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor related to the cleaning and maintenance of City parking facilities and surface lots. Employees in this position perform physically demanding tasks and maintain parking garages and surface lots, requiring the ability to work with minimal supervision. Work is performed under moderate supervision from the Parking Maintenance Supervisor, with progress and outcomes reviewed through direct observation, meetings, and work order assessments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate plus two (2) years of experience in cleaning and maintenance of parking garages or buildings required or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A valid Florida Driver's License is required.
