Job Summary
RECORDS : Performs complex clerical and administrative assignments in the Human Resources division. Responsibilities include responding to public records requests, completing employment verifications, scanning documents, and distributing ID badges and parking access cards. Required to have general knowledge of policies and procedures, records retention laws, and public records statutes when responding to inquiries. Work is performed under the general direction of the Records Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications :
RECORDS : High School Diploma / G.E.D. Certificate and two (2) years responsible clerical and administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Proficiency in the use of computers, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint and Excel required; finalist may be required to pass proficiency exams. Must type 35 CWPM. Human Resources, Workday, and HRIS systems experience desired.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows :
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
