COMPETENCIES
The following list represents the core competencies needed for success in this position.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in management Information systems, computer science, library science, or a closely related field and at least four years of progressively responsible information systems experience involving applications, systems or network development, telecommunications, administration and / or support; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience in a public agency is preferred.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process will consist of an evaluation of training and experience and the most highly qualified candidates may be invited to participate in a structured panel interview and department interview.
Candidates selected for this position are subject to a one-year probationary work period.
