The Public Works Director is responsible for the overall management of the Public Works Department, including streets, water, wastewater, airport, and facility divisions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction administration, business management, engineering, or a related field; significant experience in public works administration or utility management; and a proven track record of communicating with the public effectively and professionally. The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $145,000 to $155,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skillset. Relocation expenses will be provided for the successful candidate.
