The City of Peoria's Streets Division is looking for hard working individuals to fill Street Maintenance Worker positions in their Signs and Striping Unit. You will perform general street maintenance tasks such as; provide traffic control for striping operations, perform various labor intensive tasks to install various pavement markings, install and fabricate traffic signs, attend trainings, and share your unique talents to all tasks listed, and all others as assigned. This labor-intensive position will need someone who enjoys working outdoors, and can meet the physical demands listed in our job description.
