General Description: The purpose of this class within the organization is to ensure all guests of the Dogwood Trace Golf Shop are greeted in a friendly manner and are provided courteous service. This class works under close supervision according to set procedures.Duties and Responsibilities: The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the class as necessary.

Essential Functions: Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to the golfing public. Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities. Maintains product levels on the sales floor and organizes displays. Answers phones and sets schedules for tee time and assigns equipment. Oversees online social media. Additional Duties: Maintains and cleans building.Performs related work as assigned.
