The City of Petoskey now has an opening for a full-time Public Works Equipment Operator – Tool Crib Attendant. Minimum qualifications require high school diploma, ability to operate large and complex automotive, truck, hand tools and power-driven equipment, and the ability to acquire a Michigan Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Group “A” with “N” Tank endorsement, ability to maintain stock of parts, materials and supplies and ability to perform maintenance of equipment, small engines and tools.
Individuals applying for this position must have the ability and willingness to work flexible hours which includes night shift work, nights, weekends, holidays and participation in an on-call pager rotation.
