Description
Plymouth Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of programs and classes. We are currently hiring temporary Youth Baseball Coaches for our Youth Baseball and T-Ball clinics. This position is scheduled for Saturday mornings, March 8 - April 12, 2025.
Essential Functions
- Teach the fundamentals skills of Baseball and T-Ball to youth ages 4 to 7.
- Promote a relaxed, fun and safe atmosphere for participants.
- Communicate with parents/guardians.
- Maintain an atmosphere of good sportsmanship for players, coaches, and spectators.
Qualifications
- Must be age 16 or older.
- Must be outgoing and ready to take charge.
- Previous coaching experience desired.
- Previous experience playing baseball and/or softball.
- Previous experience leading groups of children desired.
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
