We are hiring Experienced Managers and Coaches for our Spring travel baseball season, youth ages 7-15.
We are working to make Harlem a home for high-quality youth baseball. If you have a background in the game and want to work with a diverse group of young players from Uptown communities, this is the organization for you.
Our mission is to provide a competitive, impactful, and affordable baseball experience to young people in Harlem. We are dedicated to teaching young people to play the game with camaraderie, sound fundamentals, and pride in their community.
We’re looking for passionate baseball coaches to develop our players’ skills. Candidates should have deep baseball knowledge, organizational skills, the ability to work well with young people, and a strong connection to our mission.
The Head Coach will design and implement practice plans and game strategy. As a Coach, you should be able to motivate your players in a positive manner while bringing out the best in them.
Harlem Hellfighters were named for an African-American infantry unit in WWI who spent more time in combat than any other American unit.

Application requirements:

- The position requires practices on weekday evenings (5:30 - 7:30 pm or 6 - 8 pm) in Harlem, and games on Saturdays or Sundays. Are you available to do this?
