- Reviews and records all Capital Charge Agreement for septic to sewer and/or well to water conversion.
- Processes applications for, corresponds with Title Companies and/or residents regarding, and drafts all Assumptions and/or Subordinations of Capital Charge Agreements in a timely manner.
- Performs an in-depth review of accounts where Capital Charge Agreements are reported as paid off to ensure liens are ready for release.
- Drafts and records release of liens for Capital Charge Agreements.
- Pulls and researches reports to detect Capital Charge Agreements that have paid off naturally.
- Pulls filters to detect accounts where Utility Usage Liens should be placed.
- Drafts and records Utility Usage Liens.
- Performs an in-depth review of accounts where Utility Usage Liens are reported as paid off to ensure liens are ready for release.
- Drafts and records release of liens for Utility Usage Liens.
- Provides the Lien Services Division with an update of all Utility Usage Lien balances on a weekly basis.
- Acts as a point of contact between the Utility Systems Department and the Lien Services Division for Capital Charge Agreements, Utility Usage Liens, and past due balances.
- Performs in-depth reviews on accounts where final bill balances remain uncollected, drafts and sends follow-up letters to responsible parties, and follows proper procedures to determine if funds may be transferred for collection.
- Assists with the drafting and distribution of various Utility related correspondence, such as letters to residents who qualify for septic-to sewer grant funding.
- Scans and/or uploads documentation into Optical Disc for the Connection Support Division.
- May complete comprehensive assignments, such as data collection, for the Manager or Assistant Manager related to the Connection Support Division.
- Tracks and orders supplies for the Connection Support Division.
- Tracks and pays invoices for Pest Control Services.
- Other duties as may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma required. Five (5) years of progressively responsible work to include advanced clerical support and/or accounting work and two (2) years of Utility experience required. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with CIS V4 preferred. Possession of valid Florida driver’s license and maintenance of clean driving record required.

- Knowledge of Utility related liens processes and practices.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software with intermediate to advanced knowledge in creating Excel Spreadsheets.
