Human Resources Analyst II - Salary range: $8,559.20 - 10,474.38
Senior Human Resources Analyst - Salary range: $9,841.87 - $12,045.18
Equivalent to the completion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field.
Two (2) years of responsible professional level experience performing duties similar to that of a Human Resources Analyst I with the City of Rancho Cordova.
Possession of a valid California driver's license. - Possession of a valid current certification of any of the following or equivalent is desirable:
- Public Sector HR Association Certified Professional (PSHRA-CP)
- Public Sector HR Association Senior Certified Professional (PSHRA-SCP)
- Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
Education:
- Equivalent to the completion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources management experience, including three (3) years of journey level human resources experience at a level equivalent to the City's classification of Human Resources Analyst II.
- Possession of a valid California driver's license.
- Possession of a valid current certification of any of the following or equivalent is highly desirable:
- Public Sector HR Association Certified Professional (PSHRA-CP)
- Public Sector HR Association Senior Certified Professional (PSHRA-SCP)
- Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
