We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and friendly Aquatics Customer Service Representative to be the face of our front desk.
Position Details
The Aquatics Customer Service employee assists in the operation of the aquatics division across multiple locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service to patrons by phone and in person.
- Courteously and efficiently staffs the admissions window to admit paying swimmers and pass holders
- Receives payments for pool admissions, enters payments into cash registers, and makes correct change if applicable.
- Operates standard office equipment such as copiers, computer keyboards, printers, and others common to an administrative environment.
- May perform custodial duties to maintain front desk cleanliness.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Information
Minimum Qualifications:
Age: Must be age 14 or older- Education and/or Experience: Previous money-handling experience preferred.
- Available Times: Must be available to work some weekends. Days and hours may vary depending on events or pool placement.
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. May be required to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach.
Work Environment: Depending on the assigned location, this position may work indoors or outdoors. May be exposed to adverse weather, heat, and humidity. May be exposed to cleaning and/or pool chemicals. Noise level is generally low to moderate, with the possibility of loud noise.
