**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Street Maintenance Worker to join our team in the City of Redwood Falls. This is a full-time position responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing snow removal, and routine maintenance on streets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operating heavy equipment such as graders, snowplows, and backhoes
- Performing snow removal and ice control operations during winter months
- Routine maintenance on streets, including patching, crack sealing, and storm sewer repairs
**Requirements:**
- A valid driver's license (A current CDL Class A or B is desired or will be required to obtain within 1 year of hire)
- The ability to live within 20 minutes of the City Shop in Redwood Falls for On-Call duties
