Street Maintenance Worker Position
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Street Department as a Full-Time Street Maintenance Worker.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, performing snow removal, routine maintenance on streets, including patching, crack sealing, and storm sewer repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as graders, backhoes, and loaders
- Perform snow removal and ice control operations
- Routine maintenance on streets, including patching, crack sealing, and storm sewer repairs
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required
- A current CDL Class A or B is desired or will be required to obtain within 1 year of hire
- Candidates must live within 20 minutes of City Shop in Redwood Falls for On-Call duties
