Job Description
The Senior Systems Analyst is part of Information Technology's Applications team and is responsible for working with assigned customers to analyze, configure, develop, verify, deploy, document and maintain technology systems. Leading as a project manager and implementer, gather requirements, research, procure, schedule, design, configure, develop, document, test, and deploy multiple, concurrent technology projects.
This role resides in the Applications team and is focused on supporting and enhancing large-scale, Enterprise Business applications and related software, such as ERP, CRM, HRIS. The Systems Analyst analyzes, designs, implements, and maintains city and vendor developed software. The incumbent assesses the organizational needs for information systems and technology and implements systems to meet those needs.

Telework Program : The City of Renton supports workers performing in a hybrid capacity (partial telework / in-office) where job responsibilities can be performed remotely. This position may be eligible for a telework arrangement, up to 2 days remote, based on the operational needs of the City and specific Department. Regardless of job title or telework arrangement, City of Renton employees must reside in Washington State and within a reasonable distance to their worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
