Primary Purpose
To performs a variety of manual tasks in the construction, repair, maintenance, cleaning, and operation of the City’s public works systems.
Education & Experience
Must be a High School graduate or equivalent. At least eighteen (18) months of experience in the related maintenance of which some experience must be in the construction and maintenance of utilities mains. Experience in the operation of tractors, dump trucks, or comparable excavation equipment preferred.
Special Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with airbrakes or obtain within a probationary employment period.
- Must possess or receive an OSHA 10 Certification during probationary period.
