What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Parks Worker position at City of Rifle?
Job Summary:
Maintains Park facilities and ensures grounds and facilities are safe. Duties include performing a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance duties, such as turf maintenance, landscape maintenance, trail maintenance, sports field maintenance, facility maintenance, and equipment operation and maintenance. This is an in-person position that is not eligible for regular remote work.

Job Requirements: Valid Colorado Driver’s License. Ability to successfully complete a background check and MVR with results that are acceptable to the City of Rifle. Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.

This is a seasonal position, with the season lasting anywhere from April/May until October. The wage range for this position is $18.00- $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Open until April 15.
