The City of Rochester, NH is accepting applications for a Human Resources Generalist to perform highly responsible professional, department functions by planning, implementing, and developing training, safety, onboarding, and employee orientation programs, the administration of employee benefits, payroll administration, annual salary and benefits preparation, maintaining employee handbook and HR procedures manual, and answer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies and procedures.
Special Requirements of position
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
· 5-7 years of experience in similar HR Generalist position
Non-Union grade 10 pay range $56,347.20 to $75,899.20 dependent upon qualifications and experience with competitive benefits. Pre-employment testing to include criminal, driving record, medical & drug screen.
