Summer Camp Counselors & Head Counselors
Summer camp staff plan and facilitate a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for school-aged children during the summer day camp program. Establish and maintain a routine of active and passive recreation activities that engage campers mentally, physically and socially. Maintain a fun, safe environment that campers want to return to day after day. No evening or weekend shifts required!
Position available June, July & August; up to 40 hours/week; $13.00 to $17.00/hour based on experience.
Requirements for all Positions:
Must be at least 15 years of age. Requirements include certification in CPR and First Aid, or ability to take internal Rochester Recreation certification course. High-energy level and effective communication skills. Pre-employment testing to include criminal record check and drug screening.
