Job Summary
Reports to the Rockville Senior Center Sports and Fitness Supervisor. Train clients in accordance with current trends in Exercise Science appropriate for the senior population; enforces the rules and regulations of the Rockville Senior Center fitness center. In addition, Personal Trainer II, must help train new PT employees and performs other duties as assigned. Compensation: $30 - $52 per hour, based on experience as a Personal Trainer. Estimate time required: 5-10 hours per week.
Qualifications
Must hold a nationally accredited Personal Training certification (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, AFAA, and ACE preferred) and have a current CPR/AED certification.
Experience
Personal Trainer II must have a minimum of one year experience working with the senior population.
