Community Service Leader
We are seeking 10 part-time Community Service Leaders to join our Summer Camp team. These dedicated individuals will be responsible for creating a safe, creative, and fun environment for children in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise groups of children during recreational activities, games, and arts/crafts
- Lead daily fun activities, pool days, and camp spirit days
- Maintain the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Perform customer service tasks, including responding to requests, complaints, and inquiries from class instructors, rental groups, and the public
Requirements:
- Sufficient education, training, and/or experience to perform the required duties
- Experience providing recreation or leisure services is desirable
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- English usage, spelling, vocabulary, grammar, and punctuation
- Standard office practices and procedures, including arithmetic
- Ability to safely lift and move items up to 40 pounds
