Overview
The City of Rome is seeking motivated lifeguards to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our City pools. You will be responsible for monitoring pool activities, enforcing rules, and providing exceptional guest services, as well as providing first aid and CPR.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all patrons and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe swimming environment.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring quick response to any incidents.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Current Certification in Lifeguarding
- Current Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Ability to communicate effectively with patrons of all age
