Description
Under direct supervision, the Receptionist provides receptionist and general administrative support.
Posted pay range is the starting salary. Pay rate offered is based on experience.
Examples of Duties
Greets internal and external visitors and directs appropriately.
Answers multi-line phones/emails/web-based inquiries and responds and/or directs inquiries appropriately.
Sorts, delivers, and picks up mail.
Scans and/or files electronic and hard copy documents.
Data entry; tracks, reviews, retrieves, researches and verifies accuracy of data.
Compiles and prepares a variety of reports.
Maintains, orders, disperses, and organizes supplies and materials.
May draft letters, memos, forms and general correspondence using appropriate software.
Experience and Training
High School diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of clerical or administrative support experience.
Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
Certificates and Licenses Required
Demonstrated knowledge of modern office software (i.e., Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
