What are the responsibilities and job description for the POOL RETAIL AIDE (RECREATION) Temp/Seasonal position at City of San Angelo Texas?

We are currently seeking:
A pool retail aide to join our team and, under general supervision of the Pool Manager and Assistant Pool Manager, perform reception duties at the Municipal Pool including using the cash register, collecting admission fees, answering the phone, and greeting the public. Keeps accurate totals of monies collected and will be held accountable for such. May assist the public with questions and concerns regarding all pool activities and events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and keeping accurate totals of monies collected.
- Acting as front-desk receptionist, taking admission fees, answering questions, and being the first point of contact for patrons at Municipal Pool.
- Promoting positive relationships with the public and is knowledgeable of all programs so that questions by the public can be answered and pool rules and policies are enforced.
- Maintaining an orderly and neat work area, assisting in pool area, grounds and maintenance, and cleanliness as assigned.
- Working in cooperation with the Pool Manager and Assistant Pool Manager.
- Must be able to work Tuesday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays. Schedule could include up to 40 hours per week. Scheduled hours will vary from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm with possible evenings.
- Regular and timely attendance is required.
- Position is seasonal.

Requirements and Skills:
- Using cash register and managing cash.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must have some experience with handling cash.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
- Reliable transportation is required or a valid Texas Driver License with a good driving record.
- Applicants with an out-of-state driver license must provide an original certified driving record from the state of driving licensure.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Noise level in work environment can be moderately loud.
