Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of office buildings and facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, floor care, and cleaning.
- Operate various equipment such as buffers, vacuum cleaners, and mops.
- Prepare simple reports and records as required.
- Dust all areas of office buildings and furniture.
- Wash windows weekly or as necessary.
- Clean kitchen areas and bathrooms daily.
- Set up tables and chairs for meetings.
- Pick up refuse from grounds.
- Maintain custodial supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year of experience in a related field preferred.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
