As the HR Coordinator, you will :
Under general supervision, performs various professional, technical, and analytical duties in support of the City's Human Resources Department's Training & Development program.
Training
- Identify training needs by assessing job-required skills and competencies and evaluating the current workforce.
- Assist the HR Manager in creating the annual training plan and overseeing its implementation throughout the year.
- Coordinate the logistics for training and workshop sessions, including scheduling, arranging equipment and materials, and communicating with participants.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees, volunteers, and students.
- Develop training materials and learning interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and compliance outcomes.
- Serve as an administrator for the agency's learning platforms.
- Manage the budget for training activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Develops key performance indicators, generate reports, and perform data analysis for training as the HR manager requires.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to enhance the agency's skills and competencies.
- Maintain strong communication and collaborate with other HR areas to ensure the smooth flow of various programs and provide excellent service to employees, supervisors, managers, and department heads regarding training inquiries.
- Assist the HR Manager in managing relationships with technical schools, colleges, and universities for collaboration projects and student programs.
- Continuously update training programs to stay current with the latest trends.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Do you have at least three (3) years of progressively responsible human resources experience, preferably in training management roles such as Training Coordinator or Training Assistant?

Do you have experience using Human Resources Information Systems, including e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other educational technologies?
Do you possess excellent time management and detail-oriented skills?
Do you possess knowledge of the fundamentals of adult learning?
What level of knowledge do you possess in training administration?
How many years of experience do you have doing instructional design and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning?
Are you proficient in speaking and writing professional business English (spelling, grammar, punctuation, and creation of professional documents)?
