Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) to promote events and programs at the Performing Arts Center.
- Create engaging, creative, and consistent content (photos, videos, graphics) to enhance our online presence.
- Maintain and manage the content calendar, ensuring regular posting aligned with our branding and promotional schedule.
- Track and report on social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and suggest areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop relevant and timely content, highlighting upcoming performances, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Help establish and maintain partnerships with local influencers and social media personalities to expand the center’s digital reach.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and provide recommendations on emerging platforms and tools.
- Engage with followers and audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in social media advertising campaigns by drafting copy and selecting creative elements.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing skills (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for the performing arts is highly preferred.
