Depending on assignment and department/division, may serve as liaison to downtown organization in determining needs and advising on programs available or tailoring programs to fit needs of groups; or may order equipment and materials to assure completion of project and/or acquire bids necessary to conform to procurement code in order to achieve project within budget.
