REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following qualification(s) MUST be met and clearly detailed in the application form on or before the last filing date:
- Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents to grant degrees with a master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a closely related field OR
- Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents to grant degrees with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a closely related field and two (2) years of full-time paid experience in human resources, which shall include day-to-day personnel administration and/ or civil service administration. Experience must include human resources data entry, processing and report-running; benefits administration and/or payroll OR
- Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents to grant degrees with an associate’s s degree Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a closely related field and four (4) years of full-time paid experience in human resources, which shall include day-to-day personnel administration and/ or civil service administration. Experience must include human resources data entry, processing and report-running; benefits administration and/or payroll OR
- Graduation from high school and six (6) years of full-time paid experience in human resources, which shall include day-to-day personnel administration and/ or civil service administration. Experience must include human resources data entry, processing and report-running; benefits administration and/or payroll.
Salary : $52,000 - $57,000
