EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing supplies, equipment, and uniforms.Supply Distribution: Assist in the distribution of supplies and equipment to various departments within the SPD.Procurement Support: Help with the procurement process by researching best prices, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors.Logistical Coordination: Support the quartermaster by coordinating logistics for the delivery and storage of supplies.Record Keeping: Ensure all documentation and inventory records are up to date and easily accessible.Equipment Maintenance: Assist in routine checks and maintenance of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, equipment status, and other logistical matters for the quartermaster.Compliance: Ensure that all inventory and procurement activities comply with SPD policies and standards.Emergency Preparedness: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of emergency supply kits and protocols.Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and requests from SPD personnel regarding supplies and equipment.Performs other duties as assigned.
