About the Position :
Supervises and directs library functions in selected specialized library areas such as Circulation, Pages, and Interlibrary Loan / MAX service including hiring, training, and evaluating Circulation and Page staff. Duties include working at public service desks, evaluating and sharing knowledge of library policies and procedures, handling financial transactions accurately, evaluating patron records for accuracy, and approving requests for waiving fees.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Three years of experience in library functions and coursework.
- Must have at least one year of Lead or Supervisory experience.
- Any equivalent combination of education and / or job-related experience that meets the minimum qualifications may be substituted.
