What You'll Do:
🔹 Provide administrative support to the Police Chief, Lieutenant and Communications Manager.
🔹 Process police records, background requests, and other informational requests with accuracy and discretion.
🔹 Serve as a first point of contact for citizens, officers, and outside agencies, ensuring excellent customer service.
🔹 Assist with court calendaring, vehicle impound notices, and sex offender registrations while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
🔹 Monitor security cameras, answer non-emergency calls, and provide operational support.
What We're Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma (or equivalent)
✔ Two years of experience in police records, public safety environment (preferred) or general administrative work.
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
✔ Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
✔ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
