General Description
Under general supervision of the Human Resource Director, the Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for assisting in a variety of Human Resources functions. Performing human resource administration, assisting with recruiting, hiring and selection, day to day benefit administration, Workers’ Compensation administration, PERRP forms, HR clerical duties, filing and maintaining personnel files, termination and new hire notices, unemployment claims and reporting, new hire orientation, PAR preparation, leave database management, Human Resources and Payroll data entry into Munis software.
Licensure Or Certification Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid State of Ohio driver’s license and must remain insurable under the City’s vehicle insurance policy.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and minimum one (1) year of experience in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
