POSITION SUMMARY: Performs temporary maintenance duties for Venues Parks & Art Department at park properties.

SCHEDULE & RATE: Monday-Friday, up to 29 hours/week between the hours of 7 AM-3:30 PM. Hours may vary based on operational needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list represents the types of duties required by the position. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably expected.
- Responsible for leaf pickup, snow removal, custodial duties, mowing, trimming, trash removal, setup for events, hauling tables, and cleaning restrooms.
NON-ESSENTIAL/MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as apparent or as assigned.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or combination of education and experience required.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of City or County government a plus.
- Maintenance and custodial experience a must.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSE, REGISTRATION: Valid Driver?s license required.
EQUIPMENT: Pickup Truck, Snow Blower, Mower, Trimmers, Custodial tools, and miscellaneous hand tools
