Description
The tire specialist is responsible for inspection and assessing tire tread levels, wear patterns.
Examples of Duties
Responsible for tire replacement, repairs, balancing and rotations on automotive/heavy equipment.
Will performs road calls as needed. Conducting inventory and ordering of stock tire.
Performs other related duties consistent with the role and function of the job description.
Typical Qualifications
Vocational/technical school training in automotive/heavy equipment field and three to five years of experience in mechanic trade. Skilled in repairing and changing automotive/ heavy equipment tires. Must possess a valid S.C. driver's license.
Supplemental Information
Pay depends on experience. The full pay range for this position is:
Minimum - $39,332.80; Midpoint - $50,148.80; Maximum - $60,964.80
Salary : $39,333 - $60,965
