In order to qualify for this program, applicants must submit a Proof of Eligibility Letter and Certification of Job Readiness. Both documents must be issued from a licensed medical professional, a license vocational rehabilitation specialist, or any agency that issues or provides disability benefits.- Officials and Administrators: Employees in these jobs set broad policies for agency operations.
