This entry-level role is designed to provide comprehensive training, preparing you to become a Police Officer with the St. Cloud Police Department.
About the Opportunity : As a Police Officer Trainee, you will :
- Successfully complete the Florida Criminal Justice Academy Police Officer Program and the Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission Police Officer State Certification Exam .
- Develop a strong foundation in Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, and Police Department policies and procedures.
- Gain proficiency in the use and care of firearms and other law enforcement tools, ensuring you're prepared to serve with excellence and accountability.
Upon successful completion of the program and certification exam, you'll be promoted to Police Officer , ready to make a difference in the lives of St. Cloud residents.
