Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Purpose of Job:
Provide support to the CRT Director and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
- All procedures related to Venue Rentals for CRT (schedule workers)
- Make deposit transaction and request for refunds
- Museum admission deposits and monthly reconciliation
- Weekly CRT Facility inspection and reporting
- Upkeep CRT Inventory and City Vehicle Inventory
- Ordering of Gas Cards and assigning pins
Education/Experience Preferred:
- High school diploma.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Data entry and administrative experience a plus.
- Ability to perform multi-tasks with interruptions.
Physical Requirements:
- Constant and repetitive movement of fingers, hands and wrists.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Administrative experience
- Computer literacy
- Data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in providing executive administrative support
- Familiarity with office management tasks
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service experience
- Typing skills
- Knowledge of proofreading and transcription
- Previous clerical and front desk experience
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.50 per hour
